Yes. A $500 CAD deposit is required to guarantee an apartment. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.
We require 14 days notice prior to a cancellation or the end of your stay in order to guarantee a refund of the deposit $500 CAD.
Yes. Each suite in Suntree Place has an ensuite washer and dryer. In Sunalta House, there is a laundry room in the building with coin operated washers and dryers.
Yes. In Suntree Place, there is secured underground parking. In Sunalta House, there is secured covered parking. One parking stall is included in the rental price. Please inquire for extra parking.
The minimum length of stay is 7 days, or one week.
Both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are located in safe and secure neighborhoods. Suntree Place offers telephone operated intercom, underground parking, and video monitored security cameras. Sunalta House offers in-suite video surveillance and telephone operated intercom, secured covered parking and video monitored security cameras.
The rate includes high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, parking, unlimited local calls (with your own telephone number), electricity, heat, water, parking and all furnishings. A complete list of furnishings for both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are available.

Yes. Suntree Place is located close to Westbrook Shopping Center which has a Wal-Mart and Safeway grocery stores, in addition to many other stores. Sunalta House is close to Safeway and Co-op grocery stores. A complete list of amenities in the area for both Suntree Place and Sunalta House are available.
Yes. Each suite comes with its own private mailbox for you to receive your mail.
